At RNLI Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including the completed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
